Payable on Monday for the subsequent week. Late payment fee of $5 will be charged starting on Thursday. If account is still overdue the next Monday, a $5 late payment fee will be charged for that week as well. After two weeks of non-payment, we cannot provide further service until the account is paid in full.
We will hold your child's place for 2 "vacation" weeks during the year. There will be a $20 holding fee after the two weeks have been used. We will need to know in advance when the vacation time will be used.
Students will be dropped off for one hour of Karate or Art a day ONLY. The charge for each Art/Karate session is $15.
7:30 AM until 6:00 PM. An extra $10 will be charged in addition to the weekly charge of $75.
Starting at 6:00 pm there will be a $1 fee for each additional minute. This fee is due when the child is picked up.
If you do not notify us by 1:30 PM that your child does not need to be picked up on a particular day, and we have to wait for the school to tell us of the whereabouts of your child, the above fee will be charged.
This fee includes a Gi (Karate uniform) and basic art supplies. The registration fee is non-refundable.
For minor misbehavior, the student will sit in time-out for a certain amount of time. This allows the student to think about his/her behavior while missing out on class participation. The next level of punishment involves physical encouragement (doing jumping jacks for a set amount of time, depending on the behavior observed).
Students who continue to disobey school rules after the above mentioned punishments have been issued, will be required to sit in time-out until picked up by their parents. CAST After School reserves the right to discharge any student that creates a constant class disturbance that hinders the learning of other students.
Parents will be given daily updates about their child's behavior. With your permission we will contact your child's teacher if any information about behavior and work at school is needed.
